Figure 11 shows the pubic symphysis load cell. The left iliac wing is connected to the first part of the load cell. The right wing is connected to the second part. Both load cell parts generate a force under load in the connecting element 10000. The pubic symphysis force is the shear-S force in beam element 10000.
