Sacro-Iliac Load Cells

The sacro-iliac load cells are positioned on the left and right hand side of the sacrum block. They are used to measure the forces and moments which come from the pelvis bones into the sacrum block. The load cells are shown in the figure below.

The sacro-iliac load cells are six-channel load cells. This means that the forces and moments in each direction of axis can be evaluated in the hardware.
